All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, Standard Shipping typically takes 5-7 business days to arrive. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way!
We understand that some cats have very particular tastes!
We offer a "Picky Eater Promise" on your first bag of any new food formula. Switching to a new cat food takes time and patience. Take it slow. Mix our cat food with your cat's current food over 7 to 10 days, upping our food slowly, and phasing out the old. That said, if your cat doesn't love it, contact our support team within 30 days of purchase, and we'll be happy to help you out.
We are proud to say that all of our cat food is made right here in the United States using high-quality, globally sourced ingredients. We prioritize real meat as the first ingredient and never use artificial preservatives, colors, or flavors. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will do our best to accommodate your request. If it has already shipped, you may need to initiate a return once you receive it.
